My story
My Montessori journey started right after college, and what began as professional curiosity quickly became a deep personal conviction. Over the past nine years, I've worked as a guide with children aged 3 to 6, in classrooms across three countries: Algeria, Turkey, and Canada.
Each environment taught me something different. I learned how children adapt, how Montessori principles hold across cultures, and how much the method depends on the adult understanding it, not just the materials on the shelf.
I'm also a speaker of four languages, a traveler, and someone who has always been curious about the world and the people in it. Living and working across different countries and cultures has shaped not just how I communicate, but how I see children and learning. Multilingualism has taught me that when you can hold an idea in more than one language, you understand it more completely. I bring all of that into the classroom through the Culture area, enriching it with materials, stories, and perspectives that spark the same curiosity in children that the world once sparked in me.
I started The Montessorian Way because I kept meeting parents who had the right instinct; they could see that the Montessori philosophy aligned with how they wanted their children to learn, with curiosity, independence, and at their own pace.
